I have always had an underlying interest in health and wellbeing and believe that what we put in our mouths is either going to fuel us or fail us. The food we eat today determines our health tomorrow. I love nothing more than experimenting in the kitchen and like to prove to people that healthy eating does not mean boring food!
I’m a qualified Health Coach and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the largest nutrition school in the world. If you struggle with diet programs, jumping on another is not the answer. What you need instead is guidance. Someone who can help you figure out the few important things you should be doing differently.
