With a continuous clock for 10 minutes
Even Minutes 5 Pull ups (weighted)
Odd Minutes 5 Ring Dips (weighted)

6 Minute AMRAP…
3 Squat Cleans 80/55KG
2 Split Jerks 80/55KG
* Once you pick the bar up you must complete 1 full round before you drop the bar. If you drop the bar in the middle of a round a 5 Deadlift penalty is payable before you pick the bar back up.

50 TTB for time.
* 15 Thruster 45/32.5KG buy in, out and penalty applies.
* 8 Minute Cap.
