10 v-snaps after each attempt

B) Reverse Kalsu

For time:

100 Burpees

EMOM 5 Thrusters 95/65 lbs

This workout will be completed RX if the athlete wears a 20lb/14lb vest. The vest is not removed until all burpees and thrusters are complete.
