Paleo Pizzas

Wanted to repost my Paleo pizza base recipe as I made them last night and you guys need to do the same.

I multiplied this recipe by 3 with the following toppings:
Homemade pork + fennel meatbalss with roast pumpkin and feta.
prosciutto and rocket.
Roast chicken, capsicum and zucchini.
1 cup almond meal
3/4 cup tapioca flour
2 organic eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped Italian herbs
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Mix all of the ingredients together, adding a little extra almond meal if the mixture is too… moist!
Place the mixture on your oven tray (lined with baking paper) and use your hands to spread it out into a circle (should be about 1cm thick). It can get sticky so wet your hands to spread it out evenly.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Top with your desired toppings and bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden.
