The goal at CrossFit Bondi is to provide community members with a fun path to achieving their ultimate physical and mental potential. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous, it should be fun, varied and done with friends!
We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. We teach people how to move well, which keeps them injury-free and inspired to continue pursuing their health and fitness goals.
It begins with the Starter Course; a 4-week, 8 session foundation course that, under the guidance of our experienced coaches will give you an understanding on basic CrossFit movements and the unique, independent and controlled manner these movements are applied. With the guidance of our coaches you will safely learn these foundation movements prior to entering our general classes.
Once you have completed the Starter Course you are able to attend all our general classes.
A combination of stretches designed to lengthen the body’s movement chains while increasing body awareness, coordination, balance, and agility.
Designed exclusively for a solid core and body awareness, these Gymnastic movements teach the importance of core strength and position.
These movements are covered and coached in the CrossFit Level 1 course and are the basis of all things CrossFit.
