Tomorrow (Wednesday 1st February) will be our first day of workouts at our new home. We have a space (Outdoor and undercover) at the White City Tennis Centre.
We will now be having more class times available and open gym times are not far away in case you want to come in to make up a workout that you might have missed. We will continually be adding class times to keep up with demand.
We will still be having the regular beach session on Wednesday nights and the Saturday sessions will still be held up at Dudley Page Park, Dover Heights. (Click here for the new timetable)
We are very excited about the move and about the ability to offer a better quality of training and having this training more available to you.
So come along tomorrow morning at 6am. Who will be the first person to call 'time' at our new location?
