Hi gang just a reminder that this Wednesday 6.30pm CrossFit
Bondi will be taking the inaugural Mobility WOD... It's important that you make
the effort to attend these sessions to improve flexibility and mobility for
optimal performance and all round general wellbeing.
CrossFit is hard work and we must take care of our bodies,
just as much as we punish it. The WOD will be focusing on back, hip, shoulders
and all the other points of pain.
