2012 CrossFit Games - The Open Workout 12.2
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps
as possible in 10 minutes of:
Snatch 30 reps (35/20kg)
Snatch 30 reps (60/35kg)
Snatch 30 reps (75/45kg)
Snatch as many reps as possible (95/55kg)
Note: this coming Saturday, 18th August, we will be holding a different sort of event away from the box, weather permitting. More info will follow.
