WOD
Run 1200m
100 KB swings
100 chest to deck push ups (chest must come in contact with ground on each rep)
Run 1200m

(Partition the 100 kettlebell swings and 100 C2D push ups as required. EG 10 x 10/10 or 5 x 20/20 etc)
