WOD
Complete the following for time:

3 rounds of
5 power cleans (60kg)
10 burpees

Then run 800m

Then another 3 rounds of
5 power cleans (60kg)
10 burpees

  5. Yes you did! (Although the run at colleagues is ~700m)

    RE the other sessions. They will start to be same as the daily WOD within the next week so the times will be logged according to the WOD completed.
